During my time working as a cabin crew member, I used the mirrors on board when checking for forgotten items and suspicious objects in the cabin.
As part of our safety training, we are taught the importance of visually inspecting each individual OHS (Overhead Storage) in our assigned area. For this reason, I always made sure to conduct thorough visual checks on the aircraft as well. However, with the presence of mirrors, it became much easier to spot small and easily overlooked items such as lipsticks and pens, which was very helpful.
For cabin crew, conducting security checks within the aircraft is one of our most important responsibilities. I truly appreciate the development of such a useful tool that supports us in carrying out this critical duty.
